I did try it with one article but haven't done it much with others. Mostly just posting on Twitter and Writer's Bloc. Though will try Hacker News soon as I've heard that's good
really well done and super helpful. i just read the nateliason article you posted. are there any points he made that you disagree with or tips you explicitly plan to not do for your blog? are there big ones you’re currently trying or doing that you’re particularly enjoying or would 10/10 recommend?
I actually tweeted at him to ask about Substack vs a dedicated blog since making a blog on Webflow takes time and $. He said Substack is fine to get into a habit and later you can always switch over. So I think I'll stick with this for now. Other than that I think my main goal is just to build the habit first and try and get people to share it.
i know you use reddit a lot more now too - are you using that to promote your articles? why/not?
